1. Then spend some time discussing the
following statement –
“A leader does the right thing, a manager
does the thing right”!
2. If possible let everyone have a copy
of the picture of the juggler and
let them fill it in for themselves:

is not possible do it as a group.)
Discuss
what people have come up with. Do you agree priorities?
Now look
at the tasks allotted and the balls that are in the air and spend sometime
individually thinking prayerfully and asking, ‘what might God be calling me
to?’ Don’t rush this, wait on God and allow Him to speak, be focused, and
be positive. Write down what you believe Gods been saying to you.
Ask people
to share.
Spend some
time praying for each other as you share.
Spend some
time praying for the leadership of All Saints Church.
