Margaret
Margaret (name changed for security reasons) is a Sudanese refugee who now works with
Arab World Ministries
(AWM). We have been linked with her since 1995. She has
worked in France but is now based in London. Margaret had to leave Sudan in 1990 when persecution there made life for her
intolerable. She came to the UK and after a few years did a three-year training
course at Redcliffe College.
In August 1995 she joined AWM and began to learn French ready to work with
AWM's Media Department in Marseille where she had worked for a short while
during her course at Redcliffe. In Marseille she worked with AWM, replying
to Muslim Arabs who had written in after listening to radio broadcasts. She
now lives in London where she shares God's love with Arabs. She
still also corresponds with Arabs who are interested in finding out more
about Christianity.
One of the Bible passages that motivates Margaret is:
I consider my life worth nothing to me, if only I may finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus
has given me - the task of testifying to the gospel of God's grace.
Acts 20:24.
Contact Brian Skinner for the latest news from Margaret. He can also provide her address if you want to write to her.
